Its principal activity is to provide medical and clinical consultancy services. (xv) The University of Hong Kong Clinical Trials Centre (China) Limited The Company is incorporated in Hong Kong and is limited by shares. Its principal activity is to leverage the established business model and expertise of Clinical Trials Centre to expand its clinical trials management business into Mainland China. (xvi) Versitech Limited The Company is incorporated in Hong Kong and is limited by guarantee. Its principal activities are to undertake contract research work, training activities, technology business incubation, intellectual property administration and technology transfer. (xvii) 港大科研諮詢（深圳）有限公司 The Company is incorporated in The People’s Republic of China with limited liability. It is inactive during the year.
