As at June 30, 2023, the weighted average incremental borrowing rate is 4.07% (2022: 3.71%). 租賃 本附註提供機構為租賃承租人的資料。 (i) 於合併財務狀況表確認的金額 合併財務狀況表內包括以下租賃相關的金額: 本年度使用權資產添置額為港幣一億 一千一百萬元(二零二二年為港幣四億 五千七百萬元)。 於二零二三年六月三十日應用於租賃負債的 加權平均遞增借款利率為4.07% (二零二二 年為3.71%)。
